Description: SBR 1721 is an oil extended cold polymerization SBR with 37.5 parts of highly aromatic oil and styrene-butadiene copolymer of 40% bound styrene. Raw materials for this product are carefully chosen for the best physical properties. The aromatic oil and high percentage of styrene result in a good miscibility and processing behavior during extrusion and calendaring.Applications: SBR 1721 is recommended for tire applications, especially where improved wet grip properties are required, and other applications include molded and extruded mechanical goods with low resilience.CAS No: 9003-55-8Information provided by LG Chemical
