Resinlab® AR 4305 HP Metal Bonding Methacrylate Adhesive

Resinlab™ AR 4305 HP is a 1:1 mix methacrylate-based structural adhesive designed for general purpose bonding of a wide variety of materials in industrial applications. AR 4305 HP forms tough, durable bonds to most plastics, composites, metals, ceramics. It contains special adhesion promoters to enhance performance on hard to bond materials such as nylon, chrome and rubber. Surface cleaning or preparation, or the use of primers, or chemical wipes is not required in almost all cases. It has excellent adhesion to as received metals such as aluminum, stainless, galvanized and plated steels. The cure time was designed for high speed manufacturing processes where fast fixturing is required. AR 4305 HP is easily dispensed from packaged cartridges or with commercial dispensing equipment as a non-sag, creamy gel, with no stringing. The product was designed to be used with static mixer tubes and has a balanced viscosity between parts.
