Material Notes:

LD7000A is a low-density polyethylene produced by the high pressure process in an autoclave reactor. It is developed for the manufacturing of extruded films. It has high mechanical and impact strength, good processability, high ESCR, and good shrinkage. It does not contain additives. Its applications include: heavy-duty bags; agriculture, coextruded, and shrink films; blow molding; and tubes and hoses. Recommended processing conditions for film extrusion are about 200 - 220 ºC.
