Material Notes:

Dry as molded. Nylene NX4569 is a medium viscosity, molding grade nylon 6 resin suitable for general purpose applications. Crystallization initiators provide fast molding cycles through rapid melt set-up. Nylene NX4569 has excellent melt stability and good melt strength. NX4569 has excellent grease resistance, toughness, and resistance to abrasion. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 480 - 500ºF at the nozzle.ALM, Nylene Canada, and Custom Resins are all operting companies of Polymeric Resources Corporation.
