Tra-Con Tra-Bond 2115 Clear High Strength Epoxy Adhesive

TRA-BOND 2115 is a clear, low viscosity epoxy formulation used in the fabrication of lasers. It is capable of withstanding 30 seconds of 60 watt direct laser energy. The low cure shrinkage (using a room temperature cure) make 2115 an excellent choice for bonding optical components where alignment accuracy is essential. This high strength system is also used for laminating glass and rigid plastics or bonding metals and ceramics. TRA-BOND 2115 offers superior resistance to mechanical shock and temperature cycling. It has been used in cycling applications down to 4K. It is also resistant to water, weather, ozone, most petroleum products, mild acids and alkalis and many other chemicals.
