Applications: STRUKTOL VP 3735 is a multifunctional epoxy resin, which contains a chemically bound organophosphorous substance. Thus the mechanical properties like tenacity and modulus are not influenced by introducing phosphorus to the system. Also chemical stabilities are not influenced. These disadvantages are found when using metal hydroxydes or nonreactive phosphorous substances as flame retardants.Information provided by Struktol
