Material Notes:
Premi-Glas® 2205-20 CR-SX is a 20% fiberglass reinforced Sheet Molding Compound formulated for condensate pan applications requiring chemical resistance, heat resistance, dimensional stability, weatherability, and mechanical property retention following long term heat exposure. Key features and benefits are: Recognized by Underwriters Laboratory, UL 94-5VA flame recognition at 2.54mm minimum wall thickness and UL 94 V0 flame recognition at 1.78mm. minimum wall thickness. UL recognized in all colors. Formulated to provide accurate as-molded dimensional tolerances. Meets stringent UL-484 requirements for acceptability in room air conditioners following testing for retention of mechanical /electrical properties after UV exposure, water emersion, and oven aging tests. Carries UL 746C recognition for acceptability for outdoor use following UV light, water exposure, and immersion testing.Data provided by Premix.
