Material Notes:

Special steam resistant, Fluoroelastomer Rubber, 70-80 °IRHD. Tetrapolymer of vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene and cure site monomer (CSM). To meet ASTM D2000 line call-out: MHK714, A1-10, B37, B38, EF31, EO78, Z1, where Z1 = hardness 70-80.Applications: Alcohol blended fuel systems (methanol or gasohol), SF/SG engine oils, phosphate ester fluids, acids, hot water and steam. Chemical resistance superior to other FKM’s.
