Material Notes:

This is a PTMEG/MDI base high-performance polyurethane casting system. This system is recommended to applications in which the part requires some load-bearing, slide abrasion, constant water contact and high elongation with high energy properties. Possible applications for this material include roller skate wheels, bumpers, abrasion resistant liners and parts, rock/sand sizing screens and other specialty applications. This is a conventional “full-prepolymer” type material cured with 1,4 BDO. Can be approved for FDA dry food contact.Information provided by Northstar Polymers.
