Materion BrushBronze® EQX20 Phosphorous Deoxidized Copper

BrushBronze® EQX20 is a fine-grained copper anode material developed specifically for the emerging interconnect plating needs of the semiconductor industry. Technologies such as the patented EquaCast® process, are used to produce an extremely uniform, fine grained microstructure of this unique phosphorous deoxidized copper.
