Material Notes:

Fluoroelastomer Rubber, 71-80 °IRHD. Copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene. Meets Aerospace Specification DTD5543A Grade E. Note: inactive for new design, replaced by DTD5543B Grade E (= PPE V80D).Applications: Mouldings which are required to operate in contact with air, petroleum, silicone and diester-based liquids. The material is not suitable for use in contact with certain phosphate-ester-based liquids.
