Material Notes:
AquaGard products are designed to improve the flame retardency of polyolefins without the use of halogen additives, such as bromine or chlorine. AquaGard products are available in a polyethylene or polypropylene carrier, and typically comply with UL94 fire and smoke regulations. Several grades are available, or Aguagard can be specifically formulated to satisfy individual requirements.Processing Conditions: AquaGard 4504P can be blended into other resins (PE, PP) in a ratio of 7:3 (i.e 70 parts 4504P and 30 parts PE or PP). This ratio will impart flame retardancy, increase impact resistance and reduce elongation.
