Material Notes:
Dry as molded. Nylene CX3395 is a higher RV version of 826 which is a special nylon copolymer suitable for both blown and cast film co-extrusion. Nylene CX3395 has a lower melt point and is less crystalline than standard nylon 6 resins. In addition to excellent toughness, chemical
resistance, transparency, and low oxygen permeability, films exhibit superior deep-drawing
characteristics. Effective processing is achieved with extruder and die temperatures in the
range of 450 - 525ºF.ALM, Nylene Canada, and Custom Resins are all operting companies of Polymeric Resources Corporation.
