Material Notes:

Injection molding grade. Nylene 409 is a heat stabilized version of 406 which is a general purpose, fast cycling molding resin. Crystallization initiators provide fast molding cycles through rapid melt set-up. In addition to protection from heat degradation, parts molded from 409 have better dimensional stability at moisture equilibrium than parts molded from conventional nylon.ALM, Nylene Canada, and Custom Resins are all operting companies of Polymeric Resources Corporation.
