Mallard Creek Polymers ROVENE® 4041 SBR Latex

ROVENE® 4041 is a freeze-thaw stable carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion that can be used as a modifier for concrete applications. Concrete modified with ROVENE® 4041 is much tougher, more versatile and has a lower water demand than unmodified concrete. It offers improved bond, compressive, tensile and flexural strength over unmodified concrete. Its use as an cement additive will impart water and chemical resistance, along with improved adhesion to metal, cement and other surfaces.APPLICATIONS: ROVENE® 4041 is being used in underlayment, patch, thin-set mortars. grout, marine decking, and seal coatings. The polymer exhibits freeze-thaw stability and excellent compatibility with most cements.
