Pearlstick 45-90/06 is an elastic, linear, aromatic polyurethane, supplied in form of white spherical granules with a small amount of anti-adherent in the formulation. It has a low crystallization rate and a low thermoplasticity level.Solubility: Pearlstick 45-90/06 is soluble in Acetone, Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK), Cyclohexanone, Dimethyl Formamide, and Tetrahydrofurane (THF). The solvents and diluents should be water-free (max. 0.1 %), so as to avoid subsequent side reactions during crosslinking with isocyanate. It should be dissolved in closed tanks, and the use of a variable speed agitator is advisable.
