Material Notes:
Clear epoxy protective and dielectric coatings. For spraying, brushing or rolling on metal, concrete, masonry, wood, fiberglass and most surfaces. Good adhesion, flexibility, hardness, water and chemical resistance.Suggested Uses: Heavy-duty all-purpose protection against water, alkalis, diluted acids, common solvents, corrosion, wear. Corrosion inhibition also on tightly bound rust. Good salt spray resistance in marine and industrial applications. Concrete, wood and metal floors coating. Brushing on moist or wet surfaces tends to emulsify water, which then evaporates with solvent. Protection of wooden furniture in plants, laboratories, commercial kitchens, hospitals. Most effective for protection of all kinds of electric and electronic components.Processing: Ratio by volume: 1/1 AboCoat/AboCureCure Schedule: Room temperature cure 4-6 hours for handling, 3-4 days for full physical properties, and 6-8 days for full chemical properties. High temperature cure 25 minutes at 200°F, 15 minutes at 250°F, 10 minutes at 300°F, or 5 minutes at 350°F.Information provided by Abatron.
