Primerless, high-solids epoxy structural paint for concrete, wood, metal and composite surfaces. 2-component system in standard and custom colors.Suggested Uses: Protective and decorative painting of floors and most rigid surfaces in industrial, construction, marine and general environment. Primer and color base for polyurethanes and other paints. Protection against water, salt, weathering, fuels, oils, alkalis, detergents, diluted acids. Renewing or skid-proofing concrete, metal and wood floors. Outstanding for wear resistance, hardness, flexibility, versatility, permanence. Can be applied with spray, brush, or roller.Processing: Ratio by volume: 1/1Cure Schedule: Room temperature cure 6-8 hours for handling, 2-3 days for full physical properties, and 6-7 days for full resistance properties. Optional high temperature bake 35-45 minutes at 150°F, 20-30 minutes at 200°F, or 15-20 minutes at 250°F. Baking is useful for fast optimum results.Information provided by Abatron.
