ZIRCAR Alumina Silica Insulation Type AXL and Type AXHTM are inorganically bound insulation boards typified by their rigid outer surfaces and unbound interiors. They offer low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal shock resistance. AXL is designed for use to 1260°C (2300°F), AXHTM is useful to 1427°C (2600°F). Information provided by Zircar Ceramics.
