Identification: ETHOXYLATED OLEIC ACIDCAS: 9004 â€“ 96 â€“ 0Available in: Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and North America Solubility: Dispersible in water. Soluble in most polar and aromatic solvents.Applications: Agrochemical formulation : Low HLB, emulsifier. Surfactant of choice for biodegradable and low toxicity EC formulation. Fabric and Home Care : Emulsifier. Metal treatment : Nonionic emulsifier for metal working formulations with a HLB of 9.7. Recommended for cutting fluids used in aluminum machining. Used in the formulation of water based lubricants, often combined with an anionic emulsifier like Geropon HW15 or Lubrhophos LB400.Information provided by Rhodia, Rhodia has been acquired by Solvay.
