Silikony Polskie Polimer MV 1.0 Methylvinylsilicone Gum

POLIMER MV is the main starting material for production of HTV silicone rubber. Methylvinylsilicone gum should be compounded with crosslinking agents (peroxides), fillers and other additives. Methylvinylsilicone compound can be crosslinked (vulcanized) giving silicone rubber with high mechanical properties (elasticity, compression resistance, tensile strength and tear resistance). The mechanical properties of HTV silicone rubbers can be adjusted at the stage of compound manufacturing by mixing both types of methylvinylsilicone gum in the proper ratio.
