Material Notes:

R/bak materials are high-density, open cell, polyurethane foams used to build thickness on the cylinder, provide cushioning and absorb vibration in the Flexographic printing process. The use of R/bak cushioning materials results in uniform quality printing over long run conditions. R/bak materials are available in a variety of length and thickness confiations.R/bak U1A is recommended for cylinder build-up, spot cushioning and spot coating applications for higher print quality.Information provided by Rogers Corporation.
