Premi-Glas® 1200-24 is a 24% fiberglass-reinforced, thermoset, sheet molding compound designed for Class A Heavy Truck - Bus body panels and Marine cowls parts where smooth, flat, ripple free surfaces are required.Key features and benefits are:In mold and powder coating capable.Low moisture absorption properties.Accepts standard automotive primers and paints.Excellent flexural strength and flexural modulus properties.Unidirectional fiber distribution for increased impact properties.Standard colors – natural and gray.Designed for compression molding in matched metal molds.Flows easily in deep draw, 0 degree draft molds.Data provided by Premix.
