Pb free solder can be used as a replacement for 63Sn 37Pb, 62Sn 36Pb 2Ag and 60Sn 40Pb in that it has similar physical and mechanical properties. Not for use over 100Â°C due to 118Â°C Sn/In eutectic.Information provided by the manufacturer, Indium Corporation.
