Material Notes:

Excellent resistance to petroleum products and solvents. Very good high-temperature performance. Fluorocarbon elastomers make up the most widely used seals in the semiconductor industry. Avoid polar solvents, amines, anhydrous ammonia, skydrol, hydrazine and hot acids.
