DuPont™ Cirlex® Polyimide Laminate  (discontinued **)

Cirlex® is an adhesiveless all-polyimide laminate construction material that possess the same thermal and physical properties as Kapton® polyimide films. A thicker alternative to Kapton®, Cirlex® helps eliminate weak points in adhesive construction and can be used as shims.General Kapton® information: Kapton® is synthesized by polymerizing an aromatic dianhydride with an aromatic diamine. It has excellent chemical resistance; there are no known organic solvents for the film. It does not melt. It can be used at both high and low temperature extremes.
