Dow Primacor® 5990I Ethylene Acrylic Acid (EAA)

PRIMACOR® 5990I is an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (20 wt % comonomer) for specialty hot melt adhesive applications. Its outstanding properties include toughness and adhesion to a wide variety of difficult to bond substrates, such as metals, nylon, glass and urethanes. When used unmodified for food packaging applications, this resin complies with the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as amended under Food Additive Regulation 21 CFR 177.1310(c).
