Description: Conoco El Mar® Mid Ash Supreme Oil is a premium-quality, mid ash gas engine oil recommended for naturally aspirated and moderately to highly turbocharged four-cycle gas engines, such as Cooper-Superior (formerly White-Superior) and the Waukesha VHP GL turbocharged lean-burn engines (3521, 5115, 7042 and 9390) requiring a nominal 1 percent sulfated ash oil. El Mar Mid Ash Supreme is formulated with a limited phosphorus and zinc content for catalytic converter protection. For those makes and models of engines requiring a low ash oil, Conoco Hydroclear El Mar LA4 is preferred. Please consult a Conoco representative for the appropriate recommendation. El Mar Mid Ash Supreme Oil is formulated with high viscosity-index base oils blended with selected additives and a unique ashless dispersant to provide excellent resistance to oxidation and nitration, reduced carbon-forming tendencies, excellent piston ring groove and crankcase cleanliness and improved ring and liner protection.
