CMT Materials HYTAC® C Castable Syntactic Tooling

HYTAC-C is a one-part castable product in the HYTAC family of syntactics. This product is available as an uncured, single component mixture that may be poured or cast into a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Provided in 1-gallon containers, the pre-mixed syntactic flows smoothly into any tool or cavity. After curing, the product exhibits the same properties found in CMT's HYTAC-W: Low Thermal Conductivity and Specific Heat Dimensional StableExcellent Temperature Resistance to 355°FLightweightEasily Machined Applications: HYTAC-C is shipped as a single component, liquid syntactic material that may be poured or cast at a customer site into any tool or cavity.
