Material Notes:

AFLAS® SZ/SP are terpolymers containing tetrafluoroethylene, propylene, and a small amount of vinylidene fluoride used as a cure site monomer. This combination gives AFLAS® SZ/SP a good balance of chemical resistance and improved processability when compared to AFLAS® 100/150 dipolymers. AFLAS® SZ is bisphenol-cured, while AFLAS® SP is peroxide-cured. Both polymers are categorized in ASTM D 1481-01 as class FKM, type four.Information provided by Asahi Glass Company, Inc.
