Material Notes:

Powder apparent bulk density 2.7 g/cc; powder flow 30 sec/50g.Compacting properties measured on powders with 1% lithium stearite. Sintering was done in dissociated ammonia at 1121°C (2050°F) for 45 minutes. Sintered properties below were determined using transverse rupture bars. Compacting pressure 30 tsi. Green strength 410 psi. Sintered breaking strength 73 ksi. Dimensional change from die size -0.53%.Information provided by Ametek Specialty Metal Products.
