Material Notes:

Powder apparent bulk density 2.8 g/cc; powder flow 30 sec/50g.Compacting properties measured on powders with 1% lithium stearate. Sintering was done in dissociated ammonia at 1121°C (2050°F) for 45 minutes. Sintered properties below were determined using transverse rupture bars. Compacting pressure 50 tsi. Green strength 1030 psi. Sintered breaking strength 109 ksi. Dimensional change from die size -0.4%.Information provided by Ametek Specialty Metal Products.
