Unifrax PC Series™ 300 Paper Ceramic Fiber Filtration Media

PC (Porosity Controlled) Series™ Papers perform the following critical functions in all types of pyrotechnic automotive airbag inflator filters: (1) Provide efficient filtration of effluent gas by removing particulate matter through condensation and adhesion and mechanical entrapment. (2) Through the removal of high heat capacity particulate matter, these aluminosilicate filtration media significantly cool the gas stream before it enters the bag. (3) Consistently regulate gas flow into the bag ensuring conformance to the planned deployment sequence.PC 300 Series media are developed for applications requiring higher resistance and cleanliness.
