Material Notes:

TRA-CAST 3135 is a low viscosity adhesive developed for demanding electronic underfill and encapsulant adhesive applications. This solvent free material is readily mixed, and cured at room temperature to develop strong bonds to metals, ceramics, glass and many plastics. It can be used in conjunction with TRA-BOND 216D02 to perform `dam` and `fill` functions. Fully cured TRA-CAST 3135 is an excellent electrical insulator and provides resistance to water, gases, acids, alkalis and salt solutions.Information provided by Tra-Con Inc.
