Solvay MACKAM® 50UL Surfactant

Product Description: Mackam 50UL is a high active grade of cocamidopropyl betaine made from a low color and odor, coconut feedstock. It is about 25% more concentrated than typical grades of CAPB which makes it hostile to microbial growth, eliminating the need for a preservative. Mackam 50UL exhibits excellent stability over a broad pH range and it is compatible with both anionic & cationic surfactants. In addition, Mackam 50UL features a biodegradable chelant, which eliminates the need for EDTA and other chelants in the final formulation. Offers high activity vs. other grades and contains no preservative.
