Made by emulsion polymerization. APPLICATIONS Preparation of various end-products, particularly water-based inks, lacquers or adhesives. CHARACTERISTICS The water-based dispersion (latex) is basic (pH = 10). It is formed of very fine PVC particles (diameter of about 0.20 micron).
