Resinlab® AR 4305 Metal Bonding Methacrylate Adhesive

Resinlab™ AR 4305 is a 1:1 mix methacrylate-based structural adhesive designed for general purpose bonding of a wide variety of materials in industrial applications. AR 4305 forms tough, durable bonds to most plastics, composites, metals, ceramics, and woods in all combinations. Surface cleaning or preparation, or the use of primers, or chemical wipes is not required in almost all cases. AR 4305 is a fast curing product with gelling of the mixed adhesive within 6-8 minutes and fixture in 10-15 minutes at room temperature. The cure time was designed for high speed manufacturing processes where fast fixturing is required. AR 4305 is easily dispensed from packaged cartridges or with commercial dispensing equipment as a non-sag, creamy gel, with no stringing. The product was designed to be used with static mixer tubes and has a balanced viscosity between parts.
