IPQ produces High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for use by different segments of the plastics molding industry in several processes, including blow molding, extrusion and injection molding.To produce HDPE, IPQ employs Hoechst/Hostalen technology through the following steps: the ethene supplied by COPESUL is processed by Ipiranga Petroquímica in reactors to produce powdered polyethylene.
