Polybilt PB 103E is an 33% VA copolymer that yields modified bitumen blends with good storage stability, increased softening point, increased high temperature viscosity and decreased penetration. PB 103E can be blended using conventional equipment, Blending time will depend on the shear rate of the equipment used and temperature.
