Description: XZ 92199.00 Experimental latex is an aqueous dispersion of a modified carboxylated styrene butadiene copolymer. It has been developed for use as an adhesive latex for secondary backed tufted carpets. It is also suitable in one-shot or pre-coat applications when a soft handle, high filler acceptance and foamability are desired.Applications: XZ 92199.00 can be formulated with low, medium or high filler loads, up to 850 parts of calcium carbonate for 100 parts of latex without the use of extra dispersing or foaming agent. XZ 92199.00 provides very good adhesion of a secondary backing fabric (Action BacTM or felt backing) to tufted carpets.
