DOW CORNING 7-9245, 30% Simethicone Emulsion USP is a highly effective and versatile silicone defoamer. It is water-dilutable emulsion containing 30% by weight of DOW CORNING® Medical Antifoam. A Compound (Simethicone USP) and non-ionic emulsifiers. The emulsion is tested according to and complies with all requirements of the Simethicone Emulsion USP monograph. DOW CORNING 7-9245, 30% Simethicone Emulsion USP can be used as supplied or diluted with water. It is especially useful in aqueous systems where it is important to easily disperse the anti-foam throughout the medium or across the air/foam interface.
