Description: Pluracol® SG-470 polyol is a clear, light colored, sucrose/glycerine polyol. Pluracol SG-450 contains no nitrogen. The high sucrose content with the high hydroxyl number has excellent compatibility with blowing agents and isocyanates for appliance, high density and general purpose foam formulations. This polyol when combined with suitable flame retardants, yields foams having low smoke and good char-forming characteristics in the ASTM E-84 tunnel test*.Information provided by BASF
