3M™ Sandblast Stencil Product 519YP consist of a tan rubber backing; and feature a double liner design for optimum support of center of letters, numbers and designs patterns. The double liner includes a translucent, premiu7m polyester outer liner and a yellow, translucent polyester inner liner.
