Unipetrol 50/70 Road Bitumen

At normal temperatures, road bitumens are semi-solid to solid homogeneous bitumen substances. They are produced as residual fractions of vacuum distillation of the atmospheric crude oil residual fraction, by blowing crude oil residual fractions or by mixing oxidized asphalts with crude oil residual fractions. Road bitumens are used for the production of penetration macadams, packaging mixtures, cast asphalts, for the construction and maintenance of asphalt roads, sidewalks, for the bottom layer of roads and in the production of asphalt concrete.Information provided by Unipetrol RPA
