Styron SE PB-3501 Schkopau Low-cis Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR)

Composition: SE PB-3501 - Schkopau is a low-cis polybutadiene synthetic rubber. It is produced by anionic solution polymerization adjusted for a very high level of branching. SE PB-3501 - Schkopau is translucent to white in appearance and contains a non-staining stabilizer which complies with compositional requirements of the food packaging regulations of European countries and the USA (Styron may be consulted regarding applicable regulations)Application: SE PB-3501 is used to manufacture Mass-ABS or transparent/high-gloss High-Impact Polystyrene. The high level of branching in combination with grafting processes supported by reactive vinyl-groups in SE PB-5800 – Schkopau enable the very small rubber particle size required by these applications.Information provided by Styron
