SolveraÂ® PFPE is a sustainable surface treatment developed to increase the grease resistance of paper packaging, pizza boxes, popcorn bags, pet food bags and food wraps. Both solvent and aqueous formulations are available and can be diluted to any concentration with water. It complies with FDA regulations 21 CFR 176.180 and 21 CFR 176.170 and does not contain perfluoro-octanyl acid (PFOA) and perfluoro-octanyl sulfonate (PFOS) nor is it based on telomer chemistry.
