Mallard Creek Polymers Rovene® 6506 Styrene-Acrylic Emulsion

Applications: Rovene® 6506 typical applications are across a variety of nonwoven markets and substrates. Rovene® 6506 has demonstrated excellent performance as a binder on a lightweight nonwoven for disposable medical garments and as a binder for cable wrap. Rovene® 6506 is a styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion. This latex provides excellent dry and wet strength, and also retains a white color on nonwoven substrates even at higher processing temperatures. Rovene® 6506 exhibits excellent mechanical stability and can be applied to a variety of nonwoven substrates using various application methods such as spray bonding and pad saturation.Storage and Handling: Protect from freezing.
