Material Notes:
GUARD DOG™ UV360 UV absorber is a low volatile dimeric 2-hydroxy benzotriazole based UV absorber which is highly effective in a wide range of polymers and resin compositions.Applications: Extremely effective in acrylics, alkene polymers, polycarbonates and polyamides. It can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphate antioxidants and HALS to optimize performance in outdoor use.Performance Benefits:Strong absorption of UV radiation in the 300 - 400 nm range and has a high degree of photostability and excellent thermal properties.Low initial color and low volatility during high processing temperatures and has good extraction resistance. Helpful in preventing plate-out on molds and die-lip build-upTypical Properties: Free flowing pale yellow powder, Color of 10% Toluene solution: Clear, Solubility@ 20°C (g/100m; solvent): Water
