Lubrizol Advanced Materials Pearlthane® MB-9010 Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer

Pearlthane® MB-9010 is a TPU-based color masterbatch, supplied in the form of homogenously white-colored pellets. It is specially intended for coloring TPUs (either polyester or polyether-based), for extrusion, injection molding or calendering processes.Applications:Pearlthane MB-9010 can be mixed with any items of Merquinsa's Pearlthane or Pearlcoat lines (either polyester or polyether-based) intended for applications obtained by extrusion, injection molding or calendering.A 2% usage level (on TPU, by weight) is recommended. Higher levels can be considered, depending on the requirements of the end-product. A good color consistency requires an accurate dosing and good distribution in the TPU.
