Gold conductor composition 3614 is a thin print, mixed bond conductor. It has been formulated for both inner layer use in multilayer hybrids as well as for smooth, flat wire bond pads to optimize yields when employing high speed automatic wire-bonding. The composition fires to a dense, pin-hole free film at thickness of 7-10 microns. The vehicle system has been designed to provide resolution of 100 micron lines and spaces while still providing clean release from the wire mesh to assure smooth surfaces on larger pads.All information provided by Lord.
